Sorry guys I also just got to round Nr.3 yesterday... :( I was trying to go rambo as much as I could but unfortunately the ticket amount on certain maps is just too high and it took me also about 5hrs to complete that. Cant really judge.

I think IF ANYONE reaches round nr.6 or 8 we are done with this BS.

Do NOT THANK ME!!! Thank ROBERT at PAX Driverss for doing this! I posted and the same day HE pretty much started working... And he just does it for hobby!

sry guys bad news...
i got BSOD today by playing Karbala, and a friend have it to same time, same place same map, but eith another X-Fi Card.
i think he have Titanium PCI-E Version.
probably its a problem with some maps.
the last 2 days i got no BSOD on 5hr non stop fighting.
but i didnt play karbala until this.

Maps i played without BS:
-Asad
-Jabal
-Muttrah
-Kozelsk
-Al Basrah
-Kashan
-Silent Eagle
-Fools Road
-Kokan

i doubt that a coder can solve this, perhaps hardware related.

That is surely an improvement and i will keep the Creative Ultrahigh Settings activated, since most of the time it works. Still it would be nice to have a real fix.

@Megagoth: Are you in contact with the Coder?

megagoth is the one who found him and told him about our problem. then i asked him if he could add the same fix to his titanium drivers. so we are testing it... which is hard. even if it does bsod sometimes i'm keeping my settings as its far more rare now for how much better it is.

do you normally BSOD while loading map or ingame?

did you install the "titanium 3.3 beta 4" driver from pax? thats the one he made for this.

hmm, looks like that's actually just for Stalker, but its worth following and posting in this thread as Creative guys have been responding.

He says that he does it for "mods". Im just wondering which one we would put in bf2 "wrap.oal.dll 2.2.0.5" or "openal.dll 6.14.0357.23 ". Currently useing "wrap.oal.dll 2.1.8.1".

Im also already testing the drivers.... would be too many changes. Are you going to try it Dr Rank?

Huh, really? They are responding? o? Created 2 "easy to answer" threads a while ago, pushed em 2 times, no response. I gave up on Creative.

As far as I know all the "replace the openAL.dll"-workarounds do not work, although I will try the one mention there.
