Re: [0.966] 95 to 96 Patch Update MD5 Mismatch
seems everyone who has used a patch to update cant join servers due to MD5 mismatches.
The ones whom are playing just fine have used a full re-install of PR. Best to halt the download links to Patch?

Damn, I didn't read your thread, just saw the title before posting my own. I got the MD5 tool mismatch, and it was for one of your maps, Sunset city classic.
I used the patch as well, and updated PB.

This is a server problem, the provided MD5 values are correct and 100% working. You have not applied them properly. Check the provided readme.txt for installation instructions since you're doing something wrong.

Qadis,
Try deleteting ALL your maps ins maps folder, reinstall patch and retry, let me know how you get on, your correct in saying that one of the classic maps was used for a ukwarfare event including an edited clientarhive.
The only issue is that were having mismatches on all files.

Looks like a problem with the server MD5s.

Doesn't look like, more likely a problem with your setup.

I double checked the files, and have also checked with other SA's. The provided md5 files are 100% working. It's a problem with the server install.

If it is a server issue, how is it that some players get kicked by punkbuster from the same server as other players aren't kicked from?

Uninstalled PR and installed the 3 parts instead of the patch and that fixed the MD5 kick for me.

Re: [0.966] 95 to 96 Patch Update
This does not seems to be a server problem, we have a fresh server install and just some people are being kicked due to MD5...most likely those who upgraded their client instalation.
We don't even have Sunset City on the PR\Levels folder on the server...

Yes, I had to delete those files on my client instalation in order to play....this is not a server fault.

Re: [0966] 95 to 96 Patch Update
Everything works fine with the patch for me (and I have lots of custom maps from events/map packs) except for one little (big) problem: I can't see squad leaders on the map.
EDIT: Nevermind, it just happened to me once on the first game of Dragon Fly AAS 64.

thanks for reporting this bug, when reporting a bug in the future please follow this Bug Reporting Template.
a possible solution is to remove all custom maps from your Battlefield2/mods/pr/levels folder.
