Description

On the canadian side, my LAV got tracked by a 30mm beast, we went to repair, it repaired it to full HP but did not fix the track.

Steps to reproduce

This happens when people drive into something and it forces the LAV down and bugs the suspension. Had it happen to me on Yamalia when I drove into a tree and seen it happen on Marlin to someone else.

Never had it by being tracked by damage though.

Yarp, we got tracked by a 30mm, kicked it *** though :D It was surprisingly well driveable for being tracked though (you could performe some pretty amazing stunts with it #drift)

to be honest this shouldn't be regarded as a bug. LAV's are notorious for their wheels giving you a hard time... They also decide to flip on you randomly, causing grevious bodily injury to you.

Seriously hope we buy some new APC's I am not looking forward to climbing into those damn things again.

So you are forced to use a bouncing LAV or destroy it in order to fix it and shouldn't be a bug? Seems legit.

Bouncing won't work, tested it.

What? I mean when it's tracked the LAV is bouncing up and down. Much less than the Warrior / Challenger roller coaster, but still bouncing.

Aw sorry man, excuse me my retardness. I read your post as you would've said that you can bring it back to tracks by bouncing it with something. Apologies :D

On Yamalia AAS (NEW ERA server), one of the 3 LAV spawn with this bug. The apc has its full life, can be driven with screen shaking.
If we stop the apc during 5 second, the screen stop shacking. If we move aigain, it starts shacking.

PS : it was the most west LAV.

You could try to ask an admin to throw it up into the air a bit. Although I doubt it'll work.

It's quite a serious bug though, and needs fixing ASAP.

Just need to make spawnpoint for LAV a bit higher.
Hope it will be fixed in next patch.

Oh yeah, during the training for the Karez Offensive game, we kinda lost half of our LAVs in the first 10 minutes by doing that...
