I couldn't agree more that this rule is outdated on most maps. Raping the helipads with a techie is done every round and there is almost nothing Blufor can do against this. Techie pulls up, fires a burst, and runs off. There is no defense against this and Blufor loses vital equipment. Not to mention it's always very lame for the pilot.*NwA*Orford wrote:Lol Sax.
Blufor main attack is being abused. It is intended to be used as a tactic if the opfor come up against an organised blufor. It would help to disrupt the blufor as they need to defend their main. As it is in reality.
Sadly this is being abused by our trolling friend Tarra. He dosent break the rules but every round he can be found with a .50cal techy camping the main base. Along with some others.
On maps like Lashkar Valley, the Huey is vital for setting up FOBs as the trucks rarely get through. When the Talibs keep baseraping it, it severely cripples Blufor logistics and makes the game less fun.
It's really an outdated rule that we would love to see removed or adjusted.
