Be nice to the FNG's Help them out..

Post by Guardian[]B()b »

We'd like to see PR get more active servers and a bigger player base and with the promo of this new pak we will probably see a lot of PR rookies on this week.

Whilst awaiting my vid card to come back from warranty replacement :(
I've been seeding both the patch and full release of .32 and the full has had double or triple the the number of peers all night so it looks like there is a lot of interest out there, or a lot of folks reinstalling from scratch.

Ha! I saw that too and I was wondering how many would comment on it... Typically it was you! :p

Lovely release this time around and I'm looking forward to see more people on Ejod. That map is one of the best maps around. Then again, I'm biased! ;)

The torrent is running just under 200 kbps so it's "soon" for me.

Just want to know so we can get the flag right hehe, but can't tell if that's Swedish or Finnish?

I got a big problem,

as far as i can tell the only file servers you seem to have for either full or patch require a subscription or are torrent files and i dont know how to make those work.

any help please?

thanks, a n00b.

We've had to take off all the new maps as they don't work with ABR at the moment. :(

Thanks for the update and three more beautiful maps to kill people on! ;) My only complains would be that the AAS order on Hongshangu Winter leaves something to be desired. There's no logical progression, just a lot of back and forth across huge swatches of the map. A few other PRMM maps suffer from this as well while others, such as CP Abadan, get it just right.

Solitas wrote:Yeah I get that too, though it loaded fine when I went 'create local'. It didn't like Ejod desert when I tried ot play it on Gloryhoundz either :(
May have something to dow ith low end PCs not being able to run certain maps?

i would like to think it isnt low end computers, but maybe Im just fooling myself :-D . Im having the same problem with the winter level singleplayer on mine too. It just quits out to the desktop. kind of a bummer, but oh well. I love the jungle level. I'm really sorry I dont remember the names to these levels, I just load them up and go for it!

I have a dual 2.8, gig of ram, x800 graphics card, and.... yeah
i can have half settings on high, half on medium, and 4x atni aliasing, so i wouldnt consider it...low end... but compared to what most of you have, maybe it is :-D

Thanks for everything you do, I really appreciate it. Looking forward to .4, and hoping ill be able to play the winter level

p.s. I recently installed the Bullet Snap mod where the bullets snap past you and it adds SO much to the gameplay! (this might not be the sopt for this comment, but i figured what better place to mention a problem than on the initial release post of it.)
