[0973] Burning Sands - Bright colors
Description:
Some colors (especially the sand) look very bright, almost like snow.
Steps to Reproduce:
Not sure, as only Phlupple and I were the only ones to encounter this issue. If it helps we had both been alt-tabbed for a while before we tabbed back in and joined the server.
Screenshots / Video:
Screenshot #1
Screenshot #2
Screenshot #3
Screenshot #4
Tested on:
Tested on NwA v0.973, map being Burning Sands AAS 64.
Video Settings:
Mine are pretty much all on high except from a couple of settings on medium. Phlupple and I do not have the same video-settings, so it seems irrelevant.
Audio Settings:
Shouldn't be needed, right?

just looks like the mapchange has gone wrong, rejoin the server and it fixes itself, its loading the sky.con from a previous map; my guess being that map was jabal al burj

We were on another server and it crashed, we took a break without closing the game (idling at the main menu) before joining NwA. This means that nothing from the earlier games on that server should have affected us, or?

the problem was the server that crashed, the next map loaded can have this lighting screwup; seen it many times myself.
The next time you load after that is usually fine afaik, or if you quit the server and rejoin after the bug.

Yeah BF2 has this weird habit of mixing stuff like that.
If you play a Project Normandy map, use the grapplin hook that is bugged currently, then load a normal PR map, your grapplin hook will be bugged in the normal PR map aswell.

Chuva_RD : You want to remove bugged thing but dont tell how to fill formed void.
