My question:
Will there be any changes effecting the area attacks in 1.0?
Are the insurgent factions like taliban, hamas etc. getting some sort of area attack as well?
Like Qasam rocket attacks or a SCUD launch?

I've seen no such confirmation? I've seen various maps get the 100p treatment, but it's never been actually confirmed that the servers are getting the same as far as I've seen.

Using teh puma so much ingame wasn't really ideal but there wasn't an option to use something lighter. which is why we are so excited by Surround's work on the Fuchs

After watching the newest video from Anders I have a question not really worth putting in the Suggestion forum. When you're sprinting in 1.0, shouldn't there be some more camera sway? Everything looks phenomenal, I just thought it was a little odd that you still "glide" when you sprint.
Pretty sure there is, in 0.98 already as well (although I can't confirm it myself right now, maybe someone else can). Often when you sprint in BF2, usually on slanted surfaces, the animation for it won't start playing for some time or until you reach a flat surface.
It is/was a project of ChiefRyza, who I think used to be an R-CON a year ago or so? He's been mostly inactive due to real life problems iirc. Since he's not a teammember we don't know anything about the status of his projects, including Op. Tempest. It's a shame though, he made some great looking environments.
