1-Run Steam, set Offline Mode;
2-Run Mumble as Admin;
3-Run PR as Admin.

I also get this from my steam copy of bf2 and pr v.81

i run everything as admin and/or compatibility mode

anyone know how to fix this

Followed your instructions, but the situation remains unchanged
