# CPU:
Get a Xeon E5 4650 (Sandy Bridge-EP, 8 cores, 16 threads, 2.7 GHz, freakin' 20 MB L3 cache), or older E5 2687W (same, but 3.1 GHz but freakin' 150 W lol) oh no, wait, those cost 2000 - 3500 bucks (EACH! ) already, so I recommend u to get the i7-3970X instead (6 core, @ 3.5 GHz, 15 MB L3 cache, though 150 W ) for about 1000 bucks "already"... Or if still too much, get at least a i7-3930K (same but 3.2 GHz & 3 MB less cache, meaning 12 MB, but therefore also 20 W less, so 130 W... and that for "just" ~ 500 bucks!!! Check review on bottom page of this link:
Best High-End Gaming Processors: $200 And Up - Best Gaming CPUs For The Money: June 2013 )
OR u wait for "Ivy Bridge" i7 Extreme 4960X @ 3.6 - 4.0 GHz this month or so (got 15 MB L3, 130 W TDP, socket LGA 2011 )
And cheapest solution is (though quad-core "only" then... ) the Haswell i7 4770K (3.5 - 3.9 GHz, "few" 8 MB L3 "only" and decent 84 W TDP...

this though LGA 1150 socket... )
# RAM:
16 GB Kingston, G. Skill or Crucial RAM (running at least @ 1600 MHz)
# Graphics:
2x - 3x Gainward or EVGA Nvidia GeForce GTX 770 running in SLI, or 2x GTX 780 OR "simply" one GTX Titan or GTX 690...
Let others suggest the components as SSD and so on...
Good luck!
