i couldnt find a way. To fix tracers the initial velocity of both normal bullets and tracers has to be greater than 1500 so the engine cuts them short. Once the bullets are in the air however you can do what you want, but i didnt find a way to reduce the speed by a flat value.
But i dont really think this would make much of a difference anyway. Current bullets fly at ~1000m/s so its only 50% more and it will only be noticeable on longs ranges, where you now have bullet drop to make hitting harder.
