Plus not having it color coded will make it harder for the enemy to find it.

I personally like the roman numerals or X and O. It's simple and an easy way for the soldier to keep track.
Plus not having it color coded will make it harder for the enemy to find it.

texture in a piece of colored electrical tape to the back side of the claymore. maybe with some text scibbled on it. in the military we often used colored duct or electrical tape to mark things. and of course on the "clacker" the same colored tape could be attached to the cord where it connects to the switch.
Information in the hands of a critical thinker is invaluable, information alone is simply dangerous.

just change the textures. One will be painted blue and one will be painted yellow- or you could put them in small colored cereal boxes

Why don't you just wrap them up as a present, and hide them under a christmas tree. That's sure to catch them by surprise.Echo331 wrote:just change the textures. One will be painted blue and one will be painted yellow- or you could put them in small colored cereal boxes![]()

That'd work for about a week, where all the 1.0 newbs try and pick them up thinking they're new ninja kits...LongHairedHuman wrote:Why don't you just wrap them up as a present, and hide them under a christmas tree. That's sure to catch them by surprise.
Then get blown up.
Good idea OP! I'm with the roman numerals idea. Think that would work very well.

A colored adhesive tape that the operator attached to the claymore as distinction.
Its realistic and it helps gameplay.

Lol i guess except camo object dont really get hidden in the first play in the BF2 engine ... they are basically black until you get right on top of them then you can see the detail and what color they are. Having two different colors could help with basic identification.. Look at the first picture i posted originally ... that one green claymore is in front of grass and it stands out like a sore thumb.
