Re: PR:Vietnam - Feedback
Call it my two cents but I think the M16s reload be shortened a hair because the in-game rate of fire is a little faster than it is in real life. (in-game is 900 real life is 800).

Can't set in-game to 800, BF2 only accepts steps of 150.
I don't think the M16 reload needs to be changed really.

Like I said my two cents. I just find that the weapons are so different that it is hard to go from NVA guns to US guns, especially for somebody with the REDFOR curse like me, somehow or another I'm NVA 75% of the time.

Wow there's a lot of dumb shit in that engine huh?[R-DEV]AfterDune wrote:Can't set in-game to 800, BF2 only accepts steps of 150.
It must be endlessly frustrating for you guys, is there ever a moment where stuff like that comes up and you're like "oh i can see why they did that" instead of just "why?????"

Hey devs will the new m14 get the new reload animation? Also how will the m16 have the new animation when it only has a twenty round magazine?

Will NVA or VC automatic rifleman kit get ZB vz. 26 from PR:N? And also will PR:V have some jets in 1.0?

I can answer this part of the question with, an unfortunate no. Maybe soon after.Kalasznikow47 wrote: And also will PR:V have some jets in 1.0?

There are jets for Vietnam, just no heavy assets map (not yet ready). So yes, 1.0 comes with jets, but they won't yet be fully available.

Isn't going to be tough getting a map big enough for jets but still have the jungle Vietnam feel?

We have a large map, which is awesome and Vietnam-ish. It's just not entirely ready yet.
