I don't know if this is a bug or not but for some reason the game makes normal kits for insurgent like AK 47 and Collaborator limited to one per squad. This makes little sense and only hurts the insurgent ability to play Insurgency correctly. There isnt really any point to having a civi squad if you can only have 1 civi.

Workng as intended.

BluFor punishment for shooting civi out of ROE has been incresed greatly.

Now civi is not just a kit for d**king around throwing rocks; you are supposed to heal and use rope to help bring more jihad to invading infidels.

No, not working as intended. This is a known bug, will be fixed for the next build.

Ah good to know, I was confused by it before on Al Basrah. At one point I could not even respawn after I died because all kits were not available.

I'll close this. Read the Dev post above, this is not intentional and fabioxxxx, we're most certainly not trying to nerf insurgents because of personal preference.
