I have the BF2 server, there is a question about BF2 modified consult you!
I see a lot of BF2 server, in the map to add a lot of old buildings, trees, Bridges, I don't need to download any MOD, using the original version can go in!These new static object is filled with the whole map, I feel very strange love it too.
I began to try to do it, but I on the map server with a static object, the server can see that the client's players cannot see!But static objects exist, is transparent, can not pass through!
I was too stupid, don't know how to do it on the server to add static objects, and let the players can see, don't download any MOD!
I'm crazy, I very worry almost crying...

I have never heard of a server which allows the player to see custom-made static objects without the user having to download the objects themselves.... ?
No surprise they can't see objects as they don't have them installed.

Its not possible to modify that kinda stuff in a "server side mod". In order to add/change/replace statics on a map, you will need to save the map under a different name and upload for all the clients to download and install before they can play the map on your server.

Possibly spawned in though python or something after the map has been loaded in somewhat the same way we do deployables but I can't help you with doing that yourself. Search around Official BF Editor Forums etc for more info.
