Right Hokunin going to post some feedback here so I don't have to keep on sending you more PMs and just edit this post if I find something else and so others can learn from it and put their input in too if need be
First of all, textures are a massive improvement over the last, nice work!
For your spec map, most of your edits like making the instrument glass shiny etc are good but one thing I don't get is why you've made the Red Start and Numbers super shiny? Afaik they are just painted on with the same type of paint the rest of the chopper is painted in, its just a different colour?
Here's your numbers and Red Start without the spec reflecting off of them:

But as soon as you get the spec reflection they just turn white...
One other thing you may want to consider copying directly from the MEC Mi-17's spec texture, or doing something similar with your own is putting in the rivets like so as they are just a nice bit of detail:

I've left them on the MEC's one for now and other than they don't quite match up with your new rivets, they still add a nice feel that I think its worth trying to do with yours
Speaking of the rivets you may also want to make them more apparent in your normal map, which btw has suffered from a bit of re-re-compression since you sent it in .dds saved in DXT5 where it needed to be saved in DXT1 so if you could send me its .psd (preferably with all the layers) or as a .tga or something at the very least that would be good
Moving on to some small diffuse errors I've spotted, first the front and back of what I think are the fuel tanks don't match their middle texture. Also visible on the MEC texture, although mainly the front the back just has a little seam:
This Russian tail rotor warning is also backwards on the right side, not much you can do about it since the texture is reflected other than possibly removing it, will leave that up to you to decide on:
New 1p texture looks good, I also modified the materials shader to allow for your spec map which dose help although it could also do with a normal map too if you feel like making one
Other than those little things its looking really awesome so far, keep up the good work!
