It would be an interesting tool for the commander to organize a match would be, such as a championship, now in a normal start, there may be abused by some players. Although the tool "mutiny", this more eficinete to kick dictator commander.
I believe that this tool would help if it were placed in "command & Control (C&C)". Or even create a special and unique way to championships.

Yes, the abuse can happen if you give power to those who have no responsibility, so the Commander is an asset for people with common sense. But the commander can rather than kick the SL directly, it can open an option for the other squad leaders accept whether or not to remove one squad leader who is not following the goal (same happens with the new tool that removes commander), without having to be using "! r" to solve simple problems. In Project Reality, squad leader kicks member of the squad, the squad leaders to click on the "mutiny" they kick the commander from his post. This seems like it would solve a problem of lame squad leaders, but it would actually make it worse. The commander has no real qualities. They are just random players, like any squad leader. At least Admins are responsible somewhat who runs their server.
So basically you are suggesting that players should be able to kick each other.
People talk **** about other squads constantly in PR, especially if a squad is off somewhere away from the main force doing something other than frontal assault.
It will degrade into players just going Commander to kick SL's, or kicking SL's to punish squads.
Would not kick the player out of the server, but removes the "leader of Vanilla squad" squadron leader post. Sorry if express myself wrong.

If you don't like a squad leader leave his squad. If a squad leader is trolling or has no mic use the report function and an admin can resign him.
This is a bad idea, it will be really easy to grief and the system in place works, might not be quick enough for the OP but it functions nicely.

Yeah, I honestly see too much of a chance for "Hey squad 8 is messing around not contributing to the team and not being on a flag, kick the SL". While the point is going to be valid 99% of the time, I just see if causing issues.

Commander starts a vote, then the other squad leaders (minus the one being kicked). As there is 9 squads, 6 votes are needed to boot the squad leader from leading the squad.
If this was a well known feature, this would not work out well. Hell, I can see it now...
some random player goes commander when everyone is fighting for squads, then they just kick all the squad leaders.
I doubt the BF2 engine would be able to do this though.

I like that idea cause boy you don't understand how many time i would use that feature lol. Should have a squad leader mutiny just like we have a commander all squad leaders vote on it and commander and the squad leader is removed but still that will be trolled on as well

Nothing is so frustrating than SL who dont communicate with Commander or SL. I think BF2 engine is very able to achieve this kind of vote system. There is mainly admins who manage this kind of things but when there is no admins around, then this would be good to have. Hello friend, lack a tool for the commander organizing the teams in a democratic way, a tool that opens an option to remove the squad leader "TROLL" without needing the administrator to intervene and this end up stressando with polite bad player and his friends, if you have this kind of tool would help a lot, and help to reduce useless squads that always cause problems in the team.

Commander isn't privy to direct SL to SL communications over mumble, meaning he might be missing a considerable amount of the picture. It's easy to deal with a bad CO right now, you just ignore him (thanks mumble!). Giving them the power to resign SLs strikes me as more trouble than it's worth, especially since there's no way to know if the replacement will be any better and operating on a revolving door leadership policy at any level is a recipe for disaster.
Players might be hardcoded, but that sure doesn't seem to stop anybody from trying.

This tool actually aims to open a vote for SL remove the SL that is not helping the team, but in truth, the importante is psychological effect it causes, "If I do not help the team I can be removed from the leadership of squad ", and this psychological effect happens with the SM, as the SL can to remove him from the squad if he did not help.
