Deviation indicator to HUD
I saw mention of this feature in changelog and the discussion but I never saw one in the actual game. I've played ~6 hours yesterday in 1.3.5. version and wasn't able to find any deviation indicator.

It's not the brackets like you see on most HAT kits, its more "subtle" and located above the compass on the bottom of the screen.

You also have to be sighted in for it to show up.

I see now. Thanks for the clarification.
I noticed those brackets yesterday a couple of times, but it was in heat of battle and I didn't pay attention to it.

Re: Deviation indicator to HUD
i guess this Deviation indicator IRL mean
-steady your aim.
-hold the rifle very well
-breath slowly or hold it
-slowly pull the trigger
-then BAM target down !!
in the heat of combat i didn't experience this and i didn't look at my indicator
even if you do it will reset after you fire the gun !
you see enemy close range you dont need this !
this only strong part of this feature is mid-long range with rifles and other weapons in PR
but honestly this will make Sniper more deadly that it was before since they know exactly when to shoot thier next round !

Re: Deviation indicator to HUD
Well it's mostly to understand how deviation works. You can't keep your eyes both on the target and on the indicator in the same time, so basically after a while you should learn to instinctively know what the indicator is saying without looking at it.

Re: Deviation indicator to HUD
i always avoid infantry combat (unless in a CQB), i only like to play as armor because of the deviation, now thats give me a bit of interest to play with scopes, one thing i did not know is that ATs have more deviation wile crouch, i always thought we need to crouch to get more accuracy.

This can literally be said about anything.[R-DEV]KaB wrote:The enemy sniper's too deadly? Grab a sniper/marksman and take him out.
The enemy armor too deadly? Build a TOW/take HAT/do armor and kill it. (instead of making armor shit)
The enemy CAS too deadly? Build AA/take manpad/do CAS and kill it. (instead of making cas shit)
The cancer is real
