A couple of extra no respawn logis at round start won't hurt anyone while it could make sure that infantry squads will have a logi they can use.

I think some public transport like light rail or a bus system would be helpful. Or maybe an Uber service?

I think the problem lies more in This:
Squads that build Fobs and let their Logi there.(and Squads that use 2 Logis )
While is better than a lone wolf logi, the logi don't return often to the main, and when a new one spawns, the INF does the same things of moving to the front and losing the track of it there.
the best way to counter it is to hope that the INF is going to respect a Trans/Logi Squad, which is a now fighting squad focused on supplies line, including LOGI trucks

It's true. Sometimes I wonder what the hell the devs were thinking when it comes to transport. I get that a REAL pr match should have a hard working, full-time logi and trans squad, but now days these things can be hard to come by. I think that it can be hard to tell what kind of team setups the devs were imagining on a lot of maps. If the imagined starting scenario includes a squad walking to the first flag, or a squad waiting for trans to come back to get them, i'd say you fucked up BAD and need to remember the whole "Realism vs. Worth Playing for Competitive Entertainment" thing.
Should the game only accommodate fully competent teams? Or should it accommodate competent individuals and/or squads also? That's the million dollar question that no one is willing to give an actual, real answer to. Whenever any deep cutting criticism arises for these kinds of games, people always come out of the woodwork to say, "Just play something else then" as if barely tactical games are so far above the common place that they are free from criticism or flaws. In my opinion, if a game doesn't make a point to ENSURE that the vast majority of players know what they are supposed to be doing, then the game is gonna be screwed if it practically REQUIRES tactics that are not assured to have been taught for a decent experience.
My 2 cents summarized = the pr community at large is under-qualified to play the game as it was meant to be. But great games of pr can still be had almost every day, so no huge cataclysm in my book. Peace

I wish there was a way for squad leads to request vehicles. Like say if they had a crewman kit they could spawn in a tank or apc, or jet/heli as pilot.
