'[R-DEV wrote:duckhunt']I thought about this aswell. I suggest we use this first video for showing off vehicles/big map/insurgents/new USMC assets. Then if it goes smoothly im sure everyone will be in the mood to make a british team video following on...
You have made my day please read my post about that then and see what you think. The British have arrived!
'[5NFSO wrote:Thunder']i hear the chinese insurgents are gonna have push bikes, and on some maps they might even have baskets or bells (they cant have both as its too imbalancing)

Nice idea, only problem I see is with the map. I think that most people along with myself have problems playing that map because it's too big. Unless one of the mappers can scale it down and make it smaller, I don't see it working. Either that or do a different map.

A bellyache of mine, A-10s can't take off carriers. But if you need me, I'll always be happy to participate.

The trailer would be a bunch of "cool shots" from different maps and feature sets.. no first person stuff just action from different factions and maps... put to cool music.. and really intense editing.. the occasional slowmotion.. a recipe for greatness

the feature set.. havn't given thought to that yet but it will be cross map, cross faction type display... and it will show you how to get drop kits.. so less people will join and go "waaaaahh... where's the sniper kit waaaaaahhh"

*grin*

As far as Basrah goes.. I havn't had a problem with it.. and the server we're getting hooked up with I'm sure will run great.. we'll test it.. and I'll be able to test the map as soon as I get it.. even if there's lag we're turning the vehicle spawn time way down.. and it's not like a real game where 64 people are doing a ton of shit at once.. we're doing it scene by scene so.. it shouldn't be too bad at all.. even with all the vehicles loaded in and HAHAH.. wait till you guys see what the US airfield looks like when it's done.

oh man.

FULLY LOADED.

I'll post the information for a rehersal session for those who want to attend, and where to download the map/instructions/Teamspeak info/etc in a separate post when it's all ready.
Wasn't me.

Regarding Basrah+ performance, I would suggest not applying for a pilot position unless you have 2 gigs of ram or can run the map smoothly.

'[R-CON wrote:dbzao']An attack littlebird wouldn't be bad either.
I could fly that.

But if not, then give me WHATEVER ROLE !!!!

I could be the sniper/the pilot/the insurgent sniper/Hummer driver/Tank driver...you know, whatever! i am good at these things!

Send me a PM when you decide when the shooting is going to begin and what roles people are playing

I suggest everyone read this over and over, and have it open when filming.
