Can you even play around with the files in PR now since it is on Steam?
For offline I used to like to piece together my own kits to play on certain maps I like. Even once did a zombie thing where head shots were the only thing that killed, and the enemy just had a knife (couldn't make them kill with their hands well).
Does Steam kill moding some files?

You can still do whatever you could before, both offline and online. Nothing has changed in that regard. We don't use steam for anything but connecting your PR Account.

Thanks for the reply.
I must of done something wrong then, I tried to put the bagpipes into a kit to see what it was and PR wouldn't load, and it gave me an error message.
I put it in the #3 spot of an Alt gb officer kit. But then I put it back to normal after it didn't work and still couldn't get it to fire up.
