everyone knows the scenario you are firing wildly u cant see shit, i would like to know:

1#what if is the min distance you can supress yourself

Jump on a server or co-op map, go into a building, then walk up to the wall and start shooting, if you are suppressed back up and shoot again, keep doing this until you are not suppressed.

Like 30m, maybe some gun has its projectiles set up wrongly for this or something breaks it

There are some weird edge cases where you can suppress yourself on 0m. Maybe we should just call it a feature to make using singlefire in CQB more relevant :p

Are bot weapons different so that it could be configure just those weapons fired by bots having less/no suppression effect on players without affecting PVP suppression?

I am asking because bots tent to see players way before players see them and therefore apply a tremendous amount of suppression black screen on players giving them no chance to even see their attackers.

No, they use same weapons and we will not duplicate weapons for coop

It is doable thou? I believe FH2 has different weapon files for bots. (?)

Perhaps an external modder could do it and donate to work to PR. (Me!)

We are already running into issues due to some systems expecting 31bit memory, we can't afford to duplicate more objects.

Unlikely to happen, but we might replace the way suppression is controlled, we have some ideas.

If you continue improving PR like this we might new to rename its engine from REFRACTOR 2 to REFRACTOR 3 or perhaps REFRACTOR PR!

The future is bright.
