Hello,

T80 stronk tank. kord is added for commander, ammo box and its holder are left.
More details to be added, later. Turret is like in war thunder and can add turret toss effect as mentioned here in the BF2:IDF mod, if DEVs decide to.

1. Extra .50 cal ammo.
2. Extra Fuel.
3. Engine Cover(all welded/ not separate).
4. Turret Flood Light.
5. Commander hatch (open).
6. Cloth of some sort.
7. Tool box(i guess).
8. Some launcher.
9. Gunner sights.
10. Big Tool box.

Different colored objects aren't welded and are floating, like small objects around the turret.

Nice start. Dont think you will need the cutout in hull for turret. You can just make it clip through the hull

This will be geom2, on vehicle kill geometry will be replaced.
geom0 = 1p
geom1 = 3p
geom2 = 3p wreck

Right now we do not have the big spectacular effects on anything, but I guess the T80 is known for blowing off his turret ;)

TO RDEV Mats391:
IF i can recall correctly T72's turret blows off, but again i see what you did there. :wink:

To LANGMASTER:
Thanks.

Also can someone confirm if T80 base model has any coaxial MG? I see in the wikipedia, but there's no picture showing where the Coax hole should be on the turret.
Thanks.

I don't know fully what rigging is. I know there are bones and pivot points for characters. I just linked the turret and different stuff to the hull of the tank, and just moved them relatively.

I just know modelling and a little bit of UV for now.

Thanks.

Rigging vehicles for BF2/PR is mostly just splitting the parts that should move into separate objects/children so they can move. E.g. on the tank the turret, barrel and cupola would be separate objects so they can move independently from each other. In your short videos you already show that.
The most complex task comes for rigging wheels and tracks on a tank. However that is something the exporter has to deal with, so you can ignore it for now.
