Does anyone know of which statics do and do not work from the Special Forces xpack?
I've unpacked the statics from client and server into my mods/PR/objects folder.
I noticed that in Al Basrah there is the airport, cargo plane, control tower, asylum, etc. I was curious as if all of the statics work but just not the vehicles or how this is all done so that you do not need SF to use them in PR.
List of things that do and do not work from SF.

For them to be used in PR without needing SF, you just gotta put'em in PR's objects_client/server.zip inside Objects folder.
That is, you gotta add them to the mod (wheter they're vehicles or statics, doesn't matter if you add them to the corresponding path)
You can also add them inside the map folder, but it's a most complicated process.
Read Duckhunt's sticky tutorial about this. It works exaclty the same way.

If you're asking about if you can put SF vehicles into PR, it's possible. I did my own little minimod (no competition to yours) with WinRAR and Notepad, and the first step is to copy the xpack (SF) folder. Obviously to copy the folder you must have Special Forces in the first place. I think it requires moving things from objects_server and _client.zip.
And if I completely misunderstood your post...oops.
