The mod may not always be set in the BF2 timeline. As for Kabars, Marines who aren't issued rifles usually carry those, since a bayonet isn't a necessity

my grandfather was in the marines, hes got an older one and then he bought a new one a year or so back, its a pretty mean lookin knife.

Yeah I was thinking about buying one and I found this one place selling them for around 40 or so bucks...
