Weapon Jamming
I was wondering if it was possible to make weapons jam in BF2 and if it is then are you guys going to incorporate this into PRMM?
I think jamming is realistic but can be annoying sometimes...
I remember playing Americas Army, shooting at ppl with the M4A1 and then it jamming and me running frantically outside...

I dont really like the idea of weapon jamming unless its caused by, like Solo said, the way you treat it and the way nature treats itsolodude23 wrote:I like the idea of it somewhat, but I don't like the idea of it being random. I have read through all of the weapon jamming threads on the forums that i could find and i think i may have actually found a compromise. It's still a WIP and i will post it in the community modding forum over the next few days. I'm not sure if what i have done has been trialled or simply overlooked. but keep your eyes on the community modding forum to see what it is.

i looked through all the others. It had the least posts and wasnt long and hard to read like the others. It may be 4 years old but its been re suggested in other posts this year. I just chose this one to post in lol.
Also it was the only unlocked thread about weapon jamming and i thought it would be better to post here than to open a new thread.
I dont see the issue with tht...

HangMan: BF2 Editor, it has very strict limitations memory wise, and crashes all the time. Its like a girl. Treat it with respect and take it slow and you'll get places. Rush and get ahead of yourself and it will turn around and punch you in the mouth

Well, i got jam on firing range cause a bullet fall off from my mag when i insert it, then i release the bolt and **** 2 bullets squizzing each other into the chamber. Off course i did realise the ball had fall off when i relead, but, i like to do my jammin drill. You people should all be ashamed of mocking the man. He's evidently done the best searching of the forums, better than anyone. Now instead of being shot down for supposedly not checking the *** thread or using the search button, he's being shot down preemptively for using the search function TOO well

what about a system like Gears of War it would be really difficult but it would be awesome
of course that ties into the perfect game...
A PR Style game with the level of detail that you find in an FPS like CoD... *sigh*
