M16A4; it and the other M4 models are being worked on.killallhomies wrote:<--- me right now
but you are going to use good old m16 on the rest or will you use the m16a4? (I think the name is)
Keep in mind, however, that the M4 in general issue has a governed burst. It is the M4A1 issued to special operations forces that has unrestricted full automatic fire capability.

Blast! Proven wrong by Eddie again! Damn that sly fox!'[R-DEV wrote:Eddie Baker']BTW, Bob, you'd have to ask Strima about the L22 and armor crews. I believe he once said that they do plan to eventually issue them.
Here it is:
The key to modernising any weapon is covering them in glue and tossing them in a barrel of M1913 rails until they look "Modern" enough.
Many thanks to [R-DEV]Adriaan for the sig!

*throws pie at Bob
Having 7.62mm as the MEC standard ammo was always going to cause problems but logically they need to complete lose the Hk53 and there is no chance at all that non-infantry soldiers are going to get an expensive P90 with its unique rare ammo. There I said it
Although having the G3KA4 is actually a good idea - it's difficulty of use means crewmen will stay inside their vehicles and if given to the current MEC spec ops instead of the random insertion of the 5.56mm HK53, restricts them to CQC.
