Well, depends on how many players there are, the fact that you don't lose a kit when you leave a squad means if you let it to one per squad, you'd just get people rotating through a squad to get sniper kits and soon half the team has them. I haven't noticed any difference between the sniper rifles in PR and BF2 tbh, but then I usually go Marksman so I can run with my squad.

Squads not co-operating is usually due to
I also think there should be 1 more available sniper kit, 1 more markmanship kit and 2 more support kits. All that to make up for people who take them but don't know how to use them.
No doubt it would be excellent if SL's could decide who gets which kit. Of course, that would require SL's to be extremely responsible and mature - not something you can always count on...
Btw thats the one of the best sigs I've ever seen in the forums, T.A.Sharps. Nice one!
- No commander.
- A commander who does not use VoIP.
- Squad leaders who are simply SL by default with no real intent of leading.
- A commander who is overstretched in his position, possibly tied up providing targets to air units
- A lazy/bad/useless commander.

Word! At the beginning of the round, ask your squad members to "come in" (cq respond). I normally do this per squad-member and I'd like them to come in with text or voice (voice preferrably, but if they are teamwork-minded non-voip players, then I'm usually okay with that).Dyer |3-5| wrote:Make a squad called TW + VOIP and you will be amazed. If they dont wan to work with you, then kick them
Don't be afraid to kick people from the squad after you've asked them to respond and all you get is silence from 'em. If they come back, welcome them and ask them again to come in.
