dead bodies
whenever you kill some one in PR/reg BF2 there body flops all crazy and it looks absolutely ridiculous.
i downloaded the new EoD for BF2 and when you shoot a guy in that mod they just kinda slump/tumble/fall/w/e to the ground, they dont go all dead guy kungfu on your *** or anything like that.
i think it would be a good idea to tone down the dead body madness in PR so bodies dont go shooting all over the place when they die. just have them fall to the ground like you would expect. not very realistic having bodies flying 20 feet in the air when they get shot with a 9mm round in the chest.

Can you ask/spy on/ beat up/ 'persuade' (using the mafia if necessary/fun) the guys behind EoD to give you their chocolaty marshmallow ragdoll secret?

well ya, there will be the occasional trapeze artist but for the most part they just stay down in the 3 ringed circus, not in the tip of the tent like in PR and reg BF2 and stuff.
i think whoever said you can give things different masses is correct, that high bullet damage=more flop age is wrong for shure. EoD and PR guns do about the same damage right now. and reg BF2 circus folk fly just as high as PR circus folk.

Seems appropriate, has been discussed a thousand and 1 times before but:
@DEV: Would having bodies stay for significant periods of time (5 + minutes) cause extra lag or lower overall fps for players ext and any idea how increasing lenghts of body time would affect lag/fps, namely instead of 5 mins, 10 mins or 20 ext.?????

x2. thatd be cool. or if they had random bodies lying around as part of the maps. like insurgents or americans had been killed earlier. it would increase the eerinessTop _Cat the great wrote:@DEV: Would having bodies stay for significant periods of time (5 + minutes) cause extra lag or lower overall fps for players ext and any idea how increasing lenghts of body time would affect lag/fps, namely instead of 5 mins, 10 mins or 20 ext.?????

In ArmA the bodies basically stay until someone scrapes 'em off the floor, it gives very eerie scenes of a chopper with its blades still turning, but everyone in it dead and their bloody bodies lining the floor.
