Maybe make it take a long time to reload and run at the same time?

Partial Reloading... Hrmmm

Well if I had an indicator say ... because if im being shot at trying to do something else maybe just a SIMPLE indicator for half empty mags, or "tactically reloaded mags"

Like a white dot per mag, or a seperate number.

Seems like a decent idea, but I would only use it when im using a standard rifle and im not rifleman ( Im always rifleman... so I would hope id be fine with 8 mags - otherwise im in some serious shit - within those 8 mags ill find a time to drop an ammo bag >.> )

Id use tactical reloading, I don't need to know much are in each mag ( Id love to, but its not realistic ), I just need to know how many HALF EMPTY magazines I have left ( ones with bullets expended ) or else im going to go crazy when I think I have two mags left and find out... just one or something to that extent ^^

End of rant :)

There really is no need to impliment this anyway because it is rare that someone will run out of ammo or even live to run out of ammo when there are cars and apcs everywhere.

agree on not being able to reload when sprinting but you should be able to reload when running.... it's hard but with some training it's as easy as reloading when standing still.

Anthony Lloyd, himself a former soldier in the British army and a Northern Ireland and Gulf War veteran:
"The men inside (the APC) might have been UN but they were playing by a completely different set of rules. They were Swedes; in terms of individual intelligence, integrity and single-mindedness I was to find them among the most impressive soldiers I had ever encountered. In Vares their moment had come."
