Or you could just ask me :P

When the map is packaged make a zip in it called "Objects_Client" then put the file structure for it. So for instance

objects_client > staticobjects > common > textures > Then the file in here.

That is how they have some of the billboard textures in Al Basrah.

Israel took out the Osirak Nuclear Power Plant in 1981.. Used F-16's which were originally going to Iran until the Shah was overthrown but DoD decided to sell them to Israel. Israeli's took no losses because of the Soviet style don't do anything until ordered to.
