Remove maps for squad members

GUY's just want to remind you that this is a GAME.
Although the mini map is not very realistic, i think it actually help a lot with gameplay and cuts down n00bishness. For example the mini map has prevented a lot of TK's as i and others tend to look on the mini map before they shoot.

There is a fine line between making this a FUN game and a well life's a bit(h simulator. Lets keep it a fun game but with many realistic aspects please.
