0.6 questions - civilians in vehicles and the new radio system
Do Insurgents gain points if you kill a civilian:
-By running him over?
-In a vehicle?
-On a ladder?
-On a grappling hook?
Also, explain the new radio system. What gets transmitted to whom? For example, does what a squad member reports get transmitted to the squad only?

Brits don't go on joy rides running civilians over, so why should they be able to do so in PR. I see how it can be annoying if a civie gets in front of the only way in but the solution then is to chase him away with a knife or find another route. Simple.
The ladder and grappling hook situations don't make sense at all because the civilians are out in the open and going about their daily lives like all wall climbers and thus are in no situation to be shot. If this is a 'vehicle' thing with the engine then I guess it'll have to stay.
The vehicle is a tough since they could be going out for a sunday drive and/or transporting insurgents in a spawn car. I guess I agree with that one.

BF2 engine considers you to be "in a vehicle" when you are on a ladder or a grappling hookDr. Litch wrote:Brits don't go on joy rides running civilians over, so why should they be able to do so in PR. kristofer: heres how it works:
Grunts say NOTHING on the radio, however certain important messages still display as text messges (Roger, Negative, Sorry, Need Medic, Need Ammo, Need Pickup)
Squad Leaders say the majority of stuff on the radio, except things like Follow Me and Go Go Go.
So there will be ALOT less radio spam.
