Blown vehicles as Roadblocks!
I checked the already answered list and couldnt find this suggestion.
Is there a way to have a Blown Tank or APC to hinder the movement of Armor and vehicles? Instead of letting them blow up or allowed being destroyed, can we use them as road blocks?
I was watching Saving Private Ryan the other day, and at the end of the movie when they were trying to protect the bridge, they suckered the Tiger Tank to move into a postion to create a ten ton roadblock, and I thought to myself...
"Self, why cant PR do that?"
Thoughts and opinions!

Sure they have wrecks as scenery in maps now and it can be good cover.
I think dirtboy wants the wrecks to vary in their placement and last the whole game maybe or at least till c4 is applied.
I like how bodies litter the ground now, no viewpoint or pathway should be predictable.
A problem at the moment is wrecks give ammo to both sides, make them last the whole game and they'd be constant resupply points also

I know they have the scenery ones...what I want to see is an Active tank get taken out right in a narrow road where nothing can pass. And Have it stay there the entire round or until someone applies C4.Sabre_tooth_tigger wrote:Sure they have wrecks as scenery in maps now and it can be good cover.
I am sure this can be taken out or have a limited supplySabre_tooth_tigger wrote: A problem at the moment is wrecks give ammo to both sides, make them last the whole game and they'd be constant resupply points also

I really like this idea as long as the wrecks can be moved or destroyed with the right equipment.
That way if a tank roles up on a wrecked hummve it isn't stuck for ever, it could push it possibly or shoot it until it is destroyed. Or C4 it to destroy it. Basically so that you don't create a road block that is permant but not easy to get rid of.

I noticed this too. In earlier versions of PR they stayed for far longer which is goo. I would like to see blown tanks stay for about 10-15 minutes or until they are destroyed by explosives.Ghost1800 wrote:Not nearly as long as hummers and light transports do. APC's seem to last a very short time in comparison as well.
