hidden mines
I'm wondering would it be possible to have the engineers mines hidden with just a little of the top showing? Maybe have it where you can throw down the mine like normal or you can take the time to get out the shovel and dig it in. Possible?

Maybe after using the shovel on a mine for a few seconds it replaces the standard mine model with a small plate-like model that has the same effects?
Sorry if i sound argumentative (i'm not trying to be
) but i looked at the list and searched for it but i didn't find an idea like it besides a vague "transparent mines" idea

still something we want to see.
maybe the reason we have re-suggestions is because of lack of sure input from dev's n stuff?
idk, i've just noticed a LOT of re-suggestions this week.

This isnt nessecery and before you scream realism in my face, spittle and all please consider the game itself is not realistic enough to justify buried mines.
You can surprise an enemy with mines in most terrains allready with a little thought and I do find camouflage is allready effective in the game.
Ive got 14 kills at the start of sunset map (a quite open urban map) before, by laying mines. It doesnt work every time but buried mines is taking things too far imo, the game engine and display is not subtle enough to justify anything this extreme
