BF3 will apparently be BF2 with a few more bells and whistles and the ability for squads to form into sections/squadrons.
I would imagine it will also use the new Crysis engine (my speculation,not mentioned in the document).
No hint of a release date but some are speculating next year sometime.
If this is the case , how much work is it going to be to port the PRM code over to the BF3 engine assuming that they would keep the API calls close to the older BF2 engine as possible to speed up production.
Give you developers something to do over the summer instead of lounging around drinking beer won't it..
