Latest press release from DICE says that they are implementing a method by which to limit the amount of time before an M203 grenade goes off.
So now it's possible w/o experiencing the bug that makes them go through walls.
M203 timed trigger now possible.. says DICE...

I'd be happy with it set to true realism just like I'd like every other weapon system. Of course, jamming, wind, bullet drop, all comes at the high end of the spectrum, but with the M203 just put in the average MOA deviation, muzzle velocity and let 'em fly for a week or two.

Shouldnt be hard to make some calibrate M203 Iron sights.
