Different buildings and building rules for Militia, also Militia HAT
Now that Militia can, awesomely, build stuffs, I was wondering if in the future we where going to evolve it further? For example, they currently can build without a command post. This is nice, but a small advantage at best. What about allowing them to spawn buildings without the need of a command truck? This would show their simi mobile nature, and lessen their reliance on the slow, loud, weak trucks giving away their intentions.
Also, in the future, will Militia be getting different looking buildings from what they have now? As the Militia are a "secretive" type of force (arms dealing), maybe a more subtle approach would be interesting?
By this I mean, maybe have the bunkers and fire bases posses more cammo netting (with the bunkers having it all over), or have them spawn with bits of foliage attached to "blend in" a bit better, or have part of it log and part of it sandbag. Hell, even have it keep the bunker as it is, only it's covered by a mound of earth.
Replace the razor wire with straight sections of fence-like barbed wire, as it may be easier to get a hold of.
Stuff like that.
What's the community think?
EDIT: Also, will the Militia HAT always be 2x RPG shots, or is that a place holder?

i like the idea, what fools road did is make the militia a serious faction, no longer are they just a faction thats on mestia, giving them these suggestions will make them better IMO

About the HAT, I was only asking if it would stay as it is. It's perfect on Fools Road / Mesita. I wanted to know if it would always be like that. They got the Eryx early on in .6 and it was awful for Britan.

I figure if it's log reinforced it would probably be a bit tougher.hx.bjoffe wrote:To give the militia-assets a new form and skin (if that is what you mean) for sake of estethics, that sounds like an unessecary amount of work.

I really like the fixed guns. It gives the militia a nice twist that I'm going to enjoy learning to use well for quite some time.
I really like the fact that militia is now a viable faction, as opposed to a sideshow. I think anything that will continue to set this team apart will be good for gameplay.
