Rally Jump
Sevendust, a Clan mate, frapsed me doing a rally jump on Fools Road.
Keep in mind this was at the very end of a hopeless map, and it was 4AM so we where all heading off to bed.

Thats the part that does not make any sense.
A rally point is just a place where the SL says to fall back to, not an actual structure IRL. The bags are just to make the gameplay better.
