Whats with the team-swapping?

Auto-switch is enforced on our server, so you can never swap unless the opposing team is at least 1 man down.

I love playing as the Brits, I like playing as the USMC.

I'm okay with playing as the PLA, but I hate playing as the MEC, and I -really- hate the Militia or Insurgents.

This is a problem for me, because the teams swap every round on our server. I rarely teamswitch, and the only time I do is to go join a good [T&T] squad leader on the otherside, rather than hanging out solo on the other team, since I'm not much of a leader yet.

Auto-switch can be a *****, atleast without any flexibility.
A couple of guys disconnect similtaniously on the other team, and you're force-switched even if you're SLing 5 men, in a jet/chopper or just about to click the butten making your (previous) team win.. you know?
Even if the switch prioritizes the fallen, these things happen. And that's a *****.

It's a bigger ***** when you're playing 44 vs 16 because everyone fegging loves America, even in games.

Absolutely, i'm not arguing that. I do however prefer when auto-switcher cut you some slack. When it allows a little more un-balance then 1 man before kicking in.
29vs26, who gives a fudge?

Just my 2[insert currency] concerning the auto-switcher. It has given me some grievence over time.

This reminds me of a time I was playing Insurgency Mod(totally different but bear with me).
There was a good few people using mics,and someone asked:
"What side do you usually go?"
Most people said US and then some kid said:
"I go US cause I love the M4!"

i usually switch teams to play with friends or if my team is being extremely dysfunctional because there really is no point in playing USMC in zatar if people are continually crashing blackhawks and refusing to be commander

and i got to agree with hx, totally unflexible autobalance simply denies us the ability to play with our friends which is why many of us dont bother with the T&T server.

remember that it isnt the numbers that count its the people that do, ive seen a team with just a third of the population beat the more numerous enemy simply because it had a good commander and disciplined squads instead of the massed rabble of the enemy side.

I only swtich to play with friends. No matter what however, ppl have favourite weapons- and will swap to get em. But I agree with Rhino that they are usually the minority of teamswaps.

If it ever gets bad ppl just say "even teams guys" on chat, if no1 evens the teams u need an admin.

PLA won despite that, I was in a tank driving and my gunner went 50-0, I was 16-1 with all kills being the .50 cal on the tank.
So there, owned, although it was f*cking annoying to see at one point 38 players on USMC and 22 on PLA.
