Challenger Al-Basrah Smoke .756

The driver can't launch smoke, instead he gets the light amplification mode with the range ringer when right-clicking. When left clicking, the sound of the light-amp is there, but no additional actions. Witnessed last night with Dr.Rank

* Added smoke launcher batteries to tanks and IFVs. They have 3 sets of smoke bombs and 60 seconds reload time between each one
* Removed missile lock warning tone from all armored vehicles
I would like to point out that the change log says nothing about removing the smoke deployment of the driver with the Right click option. Since there are direct and logic reasons to have the special smoke deployment of the gunner. As in creating a large screen for lateral movement or giving infantry squads moving up a large smoke screen to mask movement.

The original smoke screen was still useful in it's own right and should still be in the game.
