Unless you want to add how real people die (screaming, crying, gurgling, spawn times set to 2-4 hours). People dont die like they do in the movies, quite a sad thing to see. Plus doesn't some places have strict rules about gore in game? I could be wrong.
funny you should say that blitz games in the uk have managed to put together a training simulation for medical students, they use Procedural texturing to simulate blood loss on a critcally injured patient, then even managed to capture death right, heavy breathing, blood loss, skin turning pale you know generally the works,
if the BF2 engine supports Procedural textures or can swap texture during play, maybe some blood effect can be applied after a player has died? maybe a python code to switch textures appon injury or death, nothing over the top like armed assualt.
