it is coming along well, I would say maybe add some more polys to the wheels, they are looking a bit square right now :)

are you sure ? im asking because the wheels already have the same polycount of the C2 and if i add more detail it will be 100 more tris , and the model already have to many of them :mrgreen:

Wow that looks really nice. How is this beast comparable to other tanks IRL? Will it have reactive armour on it? If I'm not mistaken I've seen pictures of it using reactive armour.

Im sure youve researched it but theres a few different versions of the type 99 knocking around - I cant be bothered looking up all the reference shots Ive seen ( Im not modelling it :P ) and they might not all be on the net, but the optics are different on some versions. The .50 cal ( which I presume is still to be added ) will add quite a few polys, but I reckon you could lose some on the optics and on the hatches and replace with textures, Maybe add some detail to the tracks in the visable areas? theyre quite distictive and wouldnt add many polys.

the china tank is suck a shitty tank even in shitty combat the thing sux it cant climb a hill it cant look up, It is like a Fat guy it cant to shot except expel ordnance and eat. It might be good at repelling Mongolians from a shitty wall but thats it
