apaches cannon dispursion?
I know the apache is under work for .8 but im still iffy about the cannon... its not very realistic to the real thing. Arma has gone and made it very very much like it is. Im only talking abotu how the bullets are not hittign exactly where ur aiming at, this vid shows how its "about" in the general area of ur cursor.

The zoom levels on Arma always bugs me, the zoom goes in stages not like a zooming photo camera. Anyway i guess it could use some spread don't know about the bullet drop. Hud definitely needs a change and get rid of the stupit static.

Oh yeah i forgot about the shaking. THat last video from seaking shows an even greater spread, but i think its got to do with how high the gunship was, that one seems to be very high up in alt right there. But its something that needs to be implemented, no more gunship sniping, its ridiculous.

Thing is the apache gun is very accurate but not while on the move if the apache hovers he can almost make head shots 
In pr we cannot simulate this. Or we can as when the apache moves its very hard to hit any targets without any kind of stabilization and even when there was stabilization it would still be very hard to do.

Im fairly sure that they are firing from stand off range. Were talking upwards of two miles. Best PR can do is half a mile. Most gunships do not get nearly as close as they you would normally in game.

Well... i dont know, but from what iv seen the dispursion is huge. All the gunships do nowadays is just sit ontop of the clouds and rain hell with cannon and missiles too effectively. At that range we should give more deviation. Wont render it useless.

The thing with IRL is that they are miles away from the target, in pr we are at max 1000m thats nothing for a attack helicopter irl.

Clearly due to the size of PR maps air engagement needs to be "scaled down" to fit on the maps.

exactly, if everything is scaled down, then we perceive the max visual range in PR as the max range for those choppers IRL. Its just fair that way, why the hell not ya know? It sbad enough the way it is to get sniped like that. Give it some fun stuff for the gunner to look foreward to, hehe. All other guns got deviation.....
