since its an established city, i purpose making docks on where the water meets the terrain (rivers)

I think those docks are too small for the cargoship, it is huge and needs space to manouver.

There ain't no way a ship is pulling into that harbor, it needs to be more open. Unless we get like some tug boats the end needs removal and a wharf needs to be put in, and maybe get container cranes or forklifts on the dock

Looks good, but for teams I suggest USMC/Army(when the Army is in game of course) vs MEC or even PLA depending on where your map is set

Could be a massive underground river. Like the OGT waterfall cave except the river goes into the cave and beyond but progress to infantry blocked by rocks, would be cool 
Is the ground very flat? That might be the biggest thing that needs to change and hard to do retrospectively I suspect
Overall it looks a bit isolated, fill up some of the space with a reservoir would be a easy fix? But more outcrops of stuff will be good to see, do us a video

add a village to the urban area, Cities arn't all high blocks at all, as you move further out from the center you enter areas of low rise housing, also would fill up some of the dead space you have by the road WestSou'West at the moment. I also like the winding railway tracks/roads to the east of the settlement. What would you think of adding light forestation to the area to make it an interesting assault angle towards the city?
