Wich flags cause bleed

Post by cyberzomby »

Hello,

I have been playin for a month or 2 ( since starting again, played this around .6 I believe ) but I still havent figured out a way of telling wich flags cause bleed.

I know some of them do and some of them dont. So as a squadleader but more importantly Commander I need to know what flag is more important than the other. I read trough the wiki but couldnt find that as well.

any help?

As far as I know, there is no official source where you can find this out. Experience helps, just take note of the times when a team is bleeding tickets.

Useful Tip
Jabal = East Beach is the only flag that controls the bleed for USMC

As said, East Beach (Jabal) is very important in .756, the current PR version. Ticket bleed may be adjusted for .8.

If you don't know which flags cause bleed, ask around. People who play a lot probably know. :)

Usually its the flag before your main.

both flags control bleed, if both held by milita. if either one is taken by brits the bleed stops.

mainly 1 before main base is bleed

Bleed on Kashan starts when either of the 2 outposts are lost?

Sunset city....obvious as there's only 1 flag. However, I've seen teams kill through the bleed to win.

Qinling, slight bleed when enemy has both mine and village heavy bleed when you lose the FOB's.

Qwai, bleed only when you're down to last flag? (not sure about this)

Not sure about Bi Ming, OGT, Seven Gates, Zatar, Gulf, Ejod etc...

Kashan:
MEC/US Outpost

Jabal:
West Al Burj / East Beach

Assault on Mestia:
Perimeter Base 1+2 / East + West Tower

Fools Road
?No bleed for militia? / Village

Bi Ming:
Bi Ming + Communications (for both china and GB)

Qwai River:
Local Temple + Estate / Proccesing Facility + Mine

Ejod Desert:
North Desert / Gas Station

Quingling:
FOB (HEAVY BLEEDING) --> Coal Mine + Village (slight bleeding) <-- Farm Outpost (HEAVY BLEEDING)

Seven Gates:
Temple(extreme bleeding, well mainbase ;D) OR Coart Yard (normal bleeding) / Outpost

Gulf of Oman:
all 3 flags / 2 of 3

Zatar Wetlands:
the hill in the middle (dunno name :D ) + ?2? other flags / all flags expect the two landing zones

Some I know now from my mind. I hope they will definintely change in 0.8 ;) More dynamic and stuff

west beach doesnt matter on jabal, its just east which bleeds. I think mec bleeds when down to the hq

OGT - hold both the bridges and the enemy bleeds

zatar - usmc bleed until they cap a beach flag. mec bleed if they only have 2 flags

7 gates - No bleed afaik

Yea anyway good point, it is an obscure but vital element to winning a game.
I'd like if every map bleed was like qinling. The last 3 flags or 3 groups cause bleed but at different rates.
This is less campy then just one flag bleed which usually causes a stalemate and the game grinds to a halt with neither side bleeding or killing troops leaving the timer and boredom as deciding factors

Its not easy to balance a map, the game, both factions and vehicles but I have my fingers crossed on this kind of thing for next version

I do not mind bleed but it should be one flag before main at the earliest. I feel on OGT for example bleed starts one flag too soon. The brits should have to leave the safety of a bunkered up south bridge and try and take one of the other 2 flags before starting the bleed.
