A insurgent map, with 2 control points (like,VCP at Al Basrah)insurgents attacking and Brits or US defending, with only light vehicles. I can already imagine, me shouting: "Suicide car incoming!!!!" And then shooting it down like 2 metres before explosion. Or throwing Molotov cocktails over wall

A city with open buildings, between the Militia and Russian forces, both sides have 2-3 tanks(Russian T-80, Militia T-62 and 3apc's(Russian BTR-80/90, and Militia BDRM-2), and the Russians would have the KA-50 Hokum, with the militia having the SA-9 Gaskin. The city would have and lots of back alleys and sewers to maneuver through.

A map which allows all elements to shine, inf, armour and air, having areas which suit each one to a greater or lesser extent, meaning real co-operation is needed between the elements as the fighthing moves through the different environments.

A 4x4 insurgency map with a city as big as al basrah or abit bigger, some nice and good terrain around it with good hiding places. 1000M or 1200M view distance 1 or 2 Apaches 2 or 4 tanks.

I'd love to see something with loads of swamp. Ribs would your main transport, open parts of water and slight open parts in between the swamp with grass could allow helo's to drop some troops.
Maybe with a river running through the middle, it could be somewhere down the river from that brits vs china map (with the big bridge in the middle, can't remember the name). Infrastructure would be limited to maybe a riverside village and dirt roads. Hills would be very few, and not too high, making the ones that are actually there important tactical positions.
CP's could include the village and a old stranded fisherman's boat further down the river. (Like the one on zatar and the one on wake island close to the chinese airstrip.) And one or two small bridges.
Man, thinking about stuff like this makes me want to try mapping myself again. Only if it was as easy as it is with world in confict or even trackmania..

Anything with a small amount of armour support with plenty of cover and room for infantry to move, preferabley with some transport choppers.
OR
A big F off armour and air map, where the only need to be infantry is to spot targets.
