HangMan: BF2 Editor, it has very strict limitations memory wise, and crashes all the time. Its like a girl. Treat it with respect and take it slow and you'll get places. Rush and get ahead of yourself and it will turn around and punch you in the mouth

People keep trashing the glasses and I give them to all the '1337' kits.

Hmm, I don't think the Army uses the Noroto NOD mount, mainly the Marines and possibly the Navy (? Not too sure on that)
But nice work otherwise!
(However, I'm with somebody on the glasses...)

It's mostly to make a little more Oooh-ahh gear for the SpecOps.
ETA: Nobody is being issued the Crye Chassis or Blast Belt either.. Doesn't mean I didn't model it.

I'm fine with the glasses, but maybe go with something a bit more authentic?
Below is a link to a pic of Oakley's Plutonite glasses, the frames are constructed to be able to stop anything the size of a .22 calibur bullet travling at ultra-high velocity, apperantly Oakley sells them to US Army and Marine soldiers.

This is the link I got the picture from.

But again, its your decision, I think it would look good either way, the glasses give the medic a bit of character, you know?

IMO the entire head, gear and all, looks pretty ace. Everything else looks much to blocky if you know what i mean.

If someone (Tziak), had been following the thread, they might have noticed that the Birth Control Glasses, are one of 5 different pieces of eye ware that have been modeled... Including the Revision Sawfly, which looks nearly identical to aforementioned Oakleys.PlayPR! wrote:I'm fine with the glasses, but maybe go with something a bit more authentic?

Sorry if this has been asked a couple of times already... But is it possible for you to make it so the AT-rifleman carries an AT4 on his back instead of a SRAW?

Re: [Textures] US Army Kit Geometry [WIP]
I was leaning towards not modelling those things at all. Primary reason being that it looks a little off when a player is wielding an AT4, and has one strapped to his back when he only has one AT4 at a time.STORM-Mama wrote:Sorry if this has been asked a couple of times already...
