When a solider or officer gets knifed on the battlefield, can it be made so that sometimes (like 10%), the position of enemy fire-bases or rally points could be given to the team. This would simulate the capture of an enemy solider and then having him give intel about his own armies wherabouts. It can be made similar to the system in insurgency where the location of a certain firebase or rally can be within 100m of the icon on the map.

that actually seems a REALLY good idea, i mean, if you capture a squad member, you get the location of their fellow squadmembers, or at least the enemy squad leader.
If you capture a squad leader, you get more intel, their squads location on the map, or maybe the location of some of their armor, or maybe a firebase or so.
This would be really sweet

edit:
oh, and when you capture the commander, you see EVERYTHING!

this wont work with rallys because rallys are always moving and it would not be fair to show the spot of the squads rally after its been move the solider you knifed only new of the old rally point also FOB may not even be made yet you cant get intel from a officer if he has none.

well its a good idea, and I'd say we discuss this here since it is already open...

I like this idea. Could give a cool little spin on AAS.

Would it be possible to grab this enemy officer or what ever and longer you hold him, the more intel you'll get?

The guy who is grapped could yell at his squad members through mic to help him and they would be like "WTF is wrong with this guy" :D

Or there could be a loud "Help!" sound that comes everytime someone gets caught...

Just to clarify my opinion I don't think this is of much use for AAS as it would just complicate things but seeing as find the enemies FB is the objective of CnC I think it would be great for that.
