limiting kits
why cant u make spawnable sniper kits like fh does?!?!'[R-DEV wrote:Rhino']we have found no way for class limmiting as of yet or we would have allready put it in
But we are looking into it![]()
fh is on an outdated engine true, but the gameplay is still awesome due to limited kits, etc.
can't u ask the forgotten hope devs how to do a spawnable kit? im sure they wuold be happy to help......if they are nice that is lol.
anyways good luck.

I love the new chinese maps. i used to avoid china in vanilla, but with grass everywhere the new ones rock.
2 concerns: on jungle fever the boats seem a bit pointless. Can only be in them and live for a few seconds, other then that great map. Also lots of people are still useing AT rockets against infantry, but i can't think of a good way of stopping that.

Snipers are only overused at the moment because everyone wants to try out the new SPR. It'll die down before long. Personally, I see more Spec Ops around than snipers, but thanks to the guillie suits and the on hit kill, everyone knows when a sniper kills them and it bothers them more. I like the amount of snipers. Thanks to the new system, snipers are more valuable targets than everyone else.

great release, but to repeat what thomazz mentioned the nightmaps are unplayable here with some odd lightmap issues (at least i think it's the lightmaps on certain lods)- statics go black, often the main visible lods which makes gameplay impossible.
also, the jungle fever map is way too laggy on my system (amd64, 2gigs ram, 6600GT). i dont have trouble on any other maps (even the custom one i made where undergrowth is dense & visible for 100m), but everyone else seemed to think it was lag-free, so might just be me.

Yeah, the night maps weren't as amazing as I'd have hoped. Half the stuff is lit up, such as players, walls, destroyable stuff and fences, and everything else is black. Also, I noticed the water was white and didn't move. Still, I had fun with the SPR picking off MEC guys attacking the TV station, unaware of what AAS is.

Yeah, there are still a lot of people who don't know about the C4 switch and teamkill with them a lot. We played Xtraction mode and about half our team laid down C4 in the road thinking they were smart. Then they started dropping like flies. Well, flying like flies first. Another thing is when you lay them down somewhere, team mates don't see them as a threat, walk over them and they're boomed.

The engineer got the other c4. I think the purpose of this was to make the spec ops more of a sabatour than an anti tank with a carbine.luizinhuu wrote:- JUNGLE FEVER grass is a fps-killer! too movementy! all other maps fps hasnt dropped a bit though!

The squad bug is annoying
Another thing- I shot a HMMWV in the back and it didn't blow up. Was this a glitch? It made me pretty frustrated because I could kill a tank in one hit on the top but the HMMWV took 2

PLEASE! Partner with more file providers. Like fileshack etc. I just took 4 hours to download .3 with a crappy 50kb/s connection, but if I was doing it from fileshack I could have 250kb/s
Note: I haven't installed .3 yet, so I can't comment, but I will assume its completely amazing and would like to congradulate you guys, good work!
