Very, very, very nice. The village reminds me of Prypriat, the village next to the Chernobyl reactor.

Looks awesome... Definitely gives the Russian setting. I hope there will be more Russian maps that support tanks on them though, unlike Kolzesk.

Chechen militia is not fighting Russia.They're made up of ex "rebels" and report to the
Chechen president (Kadirov) who is backed/placed by Moscow.Things can change
of course by the time the map is ready.I'd be very surprised if there was another major conflict considering the rebuilding effort/costs by the Russians.

To everyone saying that the little town is out of place; that's how they did it in the USSR.
If you built a big factory, powerplant, whatever it was standard to add a small town closeby where the workers could live with their families. Efficient, practical and, well, kinda boring. But that's communism for you.
